0 Ocean 3 NE Guadalupe

This is a "Two for One".......Two darling little cottages (1/1 each), side by side on two separate lots (2500 sf each). They can be sold separately, but Seller prefers to sell them together. Enchante (3NE) has hardwood floors, a nice size living room with fireplace, small kitchen and sweet backyard. Chardonnay (4NE) has hardwood floors, a nice size living room with fireplace and small kitchen and nice backyard. Neither have a garage but there is ample parking. Both come fully furnished with everything. Seller rented these out by the month for several years. Only about 3 blocks to downtown, they could be great for someone to keep for themselves to stay in and rent the other for some income.
